Keeping the character and feel of a home is not always easy when you are fully gutting it down to studs and replacing everything, but that was the goal of our Beverly project. A home built in 1953 by Julie’s grandfather had a ton of sentimental value and a general architectural aesthetic that Ian and Julie loved. What it really needed was a facelift, a more functional layout, and to bring it into today’s day and age. Working collaboratively with Synthesis Design, Twin Lions Contracting completed this amazing transformation while keeping to the clients’ core vision for the home. A couple small additions, all new interior layout, fully upgraded mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, a new building envelope, and a suite of beautiful finishes created a home that will be around for the next generations of their family. Not to mention one of our favorite outdoor spaces!

This 3 month mobile home remodel took ,000 to complete for a finished product of ,000 that is now for sale. In the span of just over two months we replaced carpet, replaced exterior doors, patched skylights, patched and painted walls, replaced appliances, replaced some light fixtures, repaired countertops, built a new deck, replace broken windows, created a new lawn, added landscaping, and other minor repairs.

These high impact repairs added value to the mobile home. We did not move walls or completely demo and rebuild this mobile home since the value would not go higher than the ,000 range. This is a 1999 Champion Double Wide Mobile Home.

The numbers in this build do not reflect business expenses including insurance, taxes, bonds, etc.
